Eternal Crystals (“we”, “us”) runs eternalcrystals.in. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you message us on WhatsApp, email us or use the enquiry form, we receive your name, phone number, email (if you give it) and your message.
- Order details. If you buy from us, your delivery address and the details needed to take payment and ship your order.
- Basic technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider records your IP address and browser type when you visit, to keep the site running and secure.
The site has no accounts and does not take payments itself. The enquiry form does not store anything — it simply opens WhatsApp with your message written out.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you photos and prices.
- To process, pack and deliver your order, and to handle any problem with it.
- To keep the records the law requires, such as invoices for tax.
We never sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising trackers. It remembers nothing about you between visits.
Who else sees it
- WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider, which carry our messages with you.
- Courier and postal services, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver.
- Payment providers (bank, UPI or card processor) when you pay.
- Google Fonts, which serves the site’s typefaces and so sees your IP address.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is useful to you, and deleted on request. Order records and invoices are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (currently up to eight years).
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep by law). Email info@eternalcrystals.in and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update it here and change the date at the top.
