These terms apply when you use eternalcrystals.in or buy from Eternal Crystals. By placing an order you agree to them.

Natural stones

Every crystal is natural and one of a kind. Colour, size, shape, pattern and inclusions vary from piece to piece and may look slightly different from the photos, which are taken in natural light. Weights and sizes are approximate. Small marks, lines and inclusions are part of a natural stone, not defects.

Wellbeing

Descriptions of what a stone is traditionally used for reflect crystal lore and belief. They are not medical claims. Crystals are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or financial advice, and we make no guarantee of any particular effect.

Orders and prices

You order by messaging us on WhatsApp or email. We confirm the piece, price and delivery cost in writing.
Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) unless we agree otherwise.
An order is confirmed once payment is received. Until then a piece may sell to someone else — it is one of a kind.

Shipping

We ship across India and worldwide. We tell you the delivery cost and expected time before you pay.
International orders may be charged customs duty or import tax by the destination country. These are paid by the buyer.
We pack every stone carefully. Please check your parcel when it arrives.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and, if possible, an unboxing video. We will replace the piece or refund you in full.

Returns

Because each piece is individually chosen and shown to you before you buy, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Custom and made-to-order pieces (such as bracelets made to your size) cannot be returned.

Photos and content

The photographs, text and design of this site belong to Eternal Crystals. Please do not reuse them without asking.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.
